Vendor meeting fees: The vendor registration fee is $400.00 per person. The fee covers access to all sessions and roundtables, including the opportunity for direct interaction with attendees, breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, receptions on Wednesday and Friday, and transportation to and from the Getty Center and the Getty Villa. The fee for spouses/partners wishing to attend the opening and Getty Center receptions is $60.00; the Getty Villa visit is an additional $20.00. Payment should be made by check payable to J. Registration deadline: The deadline for registration is March 22, 2006. A separate registration form is required for each person attending the meeting. Registrants will receive confirmation by e-mail after the form and check are received and processed.
Cancellations: A full refund will be issued for cancellations made by mail, fax, or e-mail before April 5, 2006. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after that date or to no shows.
