Getty Drawing Hour
Enjoy the tradition of sketching from original works of art every first and third Sunday of the month during the Getty Drawing Hour. An artist provides general guidance; just bring your drawing pads and pencils. All experience levels welcome. Free. Sign-up begins at 2:30 p.m. at the Information Desk.

Drawing from the Old Masters: Mannerism, Exaggeration, and Neuroaesthetics
Contorted, elongated forms, and dramatic compositions characterized the new artistic style that emerged in the late Renaissance. Join artist Peter Zokosky and investigate the emotive potential of exaggeration through a series of guided drawing lessons and an exploration of recent discoveries from the field of neuroaesthetics. Course fee $30 (materials included; parking not included).
