Banks, Thomas (English sculptor, 1735-1805)
|
Note: After studying in Rome and working for Catherine the Great in Russia, Banks returned to England to become a leader of the Neoclassical movement. His most famous work is the monument to Penelope Boothby of 1793 in Ashbo. |
