Leithead, William G. (Canadian and English architect, 1920-1994)
|
Note: Leithead moved to Canada in 1929 and attended the Univeristy of Manitoba from 1938 to 1941. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Engineers from 1941 to 1946 and received his B.Arch. from the University of Manitoba in 1948. He worked for McCarter and Nairne in 1949 and was a partner in the firm from 1952 until 1982. He became a Member of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia in 1950, and was the President of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia from 1959 to 1960.
