McKee, Robert R. (Canadian architect, 1913-1986)
|
Note: McKee received his B.Arch. from the Univeristy of Washington in 1938. While in school, he did summer work for McCarter and Nairne in 1934, and for C.B.K. Van Norman from 1935 to 1939. He was in private practice in Vancouver in 1939 and from 1946 to 1964. McKee was associated with Karl Kubler (prefab houses) in 1954. He moved to Ottawa in 1964 and worked for John C. Parkin, Ottawa, from 1964 to 1968. He was in private practice again in West Vancouver from 1968 to 1979. Member of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia 1949, Member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. |
