Note: Neo-concrete sculptor, he is known for his sculptures dialoguing with the architectural spaces where they are designed. He became famous after participating in the 19th International Art Biennial of São Paulo in 1987. One of his most recent individual exhibitions was the Projeto Octógono, at the Pinacoteca do Estado de São Paulo, in which his sculpture, a giant dome, dialogued with the architecture of the building, built in 1905. He uses common materials, such as wood, brass, and metal.

Ganhou notoriedade a partir de sua participação na 19a Bienal de Arte Internacional de São Paulo, em 1987.
