Note: This is an Oklahoma Tribal Statistical Area (OTSA) with tribal jurisdiction shared by the Comanche, Kiowa, and Fort Sill Apache Nations. The OTSA spans 6,352.9 square miles in southwestern Oklahoma. Though a Kiowa-Comanche-Apache Reservation was established through the Medicine Lodge Treaty in 1867, it was disbanded in 2021 following an Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals ruling. Today, a portion of this land is held by the tribes in OTSA allotments.
