Note: Čáslav is a town 45 miles east southeast of Prague in the region of Středočeský in north central Czech Republic. It is noted as the site of a famous battle on March 17, 1742 during the War of Austrian Succession in which the Prussian army under Frederick the Great defeated the Austrians under Marshal Prince Charles of Lorraine. |
