Note: This is a federally-recognized reservation stewarded by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians. The reservation spans more than 31,700 acres of tribal trust land, alloted trust land, and fee land that stretches across the cities of Palm Springs, Cathedral City, and Rancho Mirage in Riverside County, California. It was first established by President Ulysses S. Grant in 1876 and was subsequently expanded in 1877.
