Note: Group of 24 open-air sites in the valley of the River Don between the villages of Kostenki and Borshevo. Ten of these sites are stratified. Discovered in 1879, and excavated since the 1920s. Findings here include a variety of implements such as scrapers as well as anthropomorphic and zoomorphic figurines.
