Note: The town of Fulnek is situated in the region of Severomoravský in the Czech Republic at the historical border between the former margraviate of Moravia and Silesia. The place name was first mentioned in 1293. Its Gothic castle of the 13th century was rebuilt in the 17th century, and obtained its present appearance when it was rebuilt anew after a large fire in 1810. Other historic architecture includes the Renaissance houses and Baroque façades of Fulnek's central square, which suffered heavy damage in 1945 and were restored after World War II.
