Radiografie waarmee wordt vastgesteld waar en in welke mate radioactieve stoffen of stoffen die radioactief zijn gemaakt om te kunnen worden opgespoord, zich in een bepaald object bevinden, wanneer de straling die door deze stoffen wordt uitgezonden, inwerkt op een fotografische emulsie die in nauw contact staat met het object. Wanneer autoradiografie op een schilderij wordt toegepast, kan op grond van de halveringstijden de plaatsing van bepaalde pigmenten worden vastgesteld. |
