Dutch ..... De preekstoelen in het schip ter lezing van het evangelie of de brieven, in vroeg-christelijke kerken. In de Balkan en Griekse kerken vandaag de dag, grote preekstoelen of lessenaars. |
German ..... Ein befestigtes Podest mit einem Schutzgeländer, der am Eingang zum Altarraum aufgestellt wird. Häufig paarweise zu finden: der eine an der Nordseite wird verwandt um das Evangelium zu lesen, der andere an der Südseite ist für die Epistel gedacht. Erkann ein oder mehrere Buchablagen besitzen und als Kanzel benutzt werden. |
