Thanks for being one in ten million! Join us for the Getty Center's Ten Millionth Visitor Celebration.
Scratch and Win
With our free scratch and win cards, everybody gets a prize—from magnets, key chains, and fountain drinks at the Cafe to dinner for two at the Restaurant. Scratch and win cards are available at the parking kiosks at the Getty entrance or at the Museum Information Desk. Limit one per person. Read the official rules.
Paint and Pose
On Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., join local artist Peter Tigler in the Museum Courtyard to finger-paint two giant paint-by-numbers murals from the current exhibition Jacques-Louis David: Empire to Exile. Watch the images come to life throughout the day.
During the same hours, head for the Harold M. Williams Auditorium to pose for a souvenir photograph with the Getty Museum as the backdrop. Your digital photo will be presented in a fun commemorative frame.
Eat and Drink
Pick up a free 10-spice cookie any time throughout the week. On the weekend, visit the taco bar in the Museum Courtyard for tasty Mexican treats.
From 5:30–8:30 p.m. on Saturday, the Cafe will become a jazz lounge complete with a cash bar serving a "10 Millionth" commemorative drink. Enjoy dinner as a jazz combo plays in the corner.
These events and admission to the Getty Center are both free!
