Enjoy one of the world's great vocal traditions with Indo-Canadian singer Kiran Ahluwalia, who masterfully performs the folk songs of Punjab and the Persian-inspired poetic song form known as the ghazal.
Ahluwalia celebrates classic Indian songs and creates new ones by setting the words of Indo-Canadian and Pakistani Canadian poets to her own music.

Ana Moura's melodious contralto is a perfect match for traditional Portuguese fado.
A rising star in Portugal and abroad, Moura blends grace with soul-stirring emotion in her songs about love and longing. Fado, says Moura, "is all about emotions and feelings. It needs no translation."
