	Good Samaritan, The (parable, Christian iconography)

Note: Christian parable about love of the stranger or an enemy, the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:25–37) is a narrative about a Samaritan who stopped to help a Jewish traveler who had been attacked by robbers. Although Samaritans and Jews despised each other, the Samaritan helped the injured man.
