Gospel of Saint Matthew (Bible, sacred text)

Note: first book of the New Testament. The narrative tells how the Messiah, Jesus, rejected by Israel, finally sends the disciples to preach the gospel to the whole world. Traditional author is St. Matthew. Most scholars believe it was written 70/110 CE, by a male Jew, who is anonymous.
