Battle of Tannenberg (European history, 1410)

Note: Battle fought at Tannenberg in northeastern Poland that proved to be a major Polish-Lithuanian victory over the Knights of the Teutonic Order. This victory marked the end of the order’s expansion along the southeastern coast of the Baltic Sea and the beginning of the decline of its power.
