Note: Beatrix Gascoigne's effigy was the subject of a portrait by English draftsman Henry Johnston. Beatrix was the wife of Richard Gascoigne (d. 1422/23). Her effigy that was carved in alabaster was located in a private chapel at Gawthorpe Hall. |
