Note: An engineering executive and director of the Westinghouse Electric & Manufacturing Company. Younger brother of George Westinghouse. He studied mechanical engineering at Cornell University and later became a trustee there. He founded his own Westinghouse Machine Company, later taken over by George, to develop and build gas engines. |
