Bushnell, John (English sculptor, ca. 1630-1701)

Note: He worked throughout Europe during the 1660s as a sculptor and mason. While there, he was influenced by the Baroque, and was one of the first Englishmen to bring its influence back to his country. He received many commissions upon his return to London, but became increasingly more eccentric and eventually died insane and in poverty.
