Arntz, Gerd (German graphic designer, 1900-1988)

Note: Arntz was a graphic designer who worked in the field of pictograms. From 1931 to 1934 he started teaching Viennese graphic design at the Isostat Economic Information and Propaganda Institute. In 1934 he left Germany and Austria with Otto Neurath and went to the Hague. After the German invasion of the Netherlands, Arntaz focused on statistics and pictograms, which became popular after the war.
