Ołowska, Paulina (Polish painter and sculptor, born 1976)
|
Note: Ołowska studied in both the United States and Poland, attending the School of the Art Institute, Chicago and the Academy of Fine Arts Gdańsk. She participated in the DAAD residency program in Berlin. Her work, which often includes found material, deals with themes of remembrance and nostalgia. She has collaborated with other artists in an attempt to build a sense of community among Poland’s avant-garde. |
