Note: Glass or plastic supports on which images are created using a screen process. With this process, additive color images are created using a screen of red, green, or blue filters to record the relative intensity of each hue on a panchromatic, black-and-white emulsion which is processed to form a transparency. When viewed through a similar filter, each filter contributes its hue with its intensity modulated by the silver image.

| Dutch ..... Glasplaten waarop afbeeldingen met een zeefdrukprocedé worden gemaakt. Bij dit procedé worden additieve kleuren gemaakt via een raster van minuscule rode, groene en blauwe filters om de onderlinge intensiteit van elke tint over te brengen op een panchromatische ontwikkelgelatinezilveremulsie. Deze wordt verwerkt tot een diapositief op glas. Als ze door dezelfde filter worden bekeken is van elk filter de tint zichtbaar waarvan de intensiteit is gemoduleerd door het zilverbeeld. |
