Note: Flat-bottomed fishing vessels that were used for oyster and mussel farming on Zeeland and South Holland streams until around 1950. Later also used as passenger transport. The ship had a drop-shaped flat hull and a straight bow and stern.

| Dutch ..... Zeeuws platboomd vissersvaartuig dat tot omstreeks 1950 op de Zeeuwse en Zuidhollandsce stromen gebruikt werd voor de oester- en mosselkweek. Later ook voor passagiersvervoer. Het schip had een druppelvormig plat vlak en een rechte voor- en achtersteven. |
