Additional Notes:
Dutch ..... De dag na donderdag en voor zaterdag, traditioneel gezien als de zesde dag van de week, maar tegenwoordig ook vaak gezien als de vijfde, en ook als de laatste dag van de werkweek in de westerse cultuur. In het Engels en in een aantal andere talen genoemd naar Frigg, vrouw van de Noordse god Odin, en symbool voor liefde en schoonheid; in het Nederlands genoemd naar Freia, de Noordse godin van de vruchtbaarheid en de liefde. In Romaanse talen genoemd naar de Romeinse 'dag van Venus'.
