Spanish ..... Cordófonos pulsados de mástil largo tipo laúd de Irán y el Caúcaso, consistentes en una caja acústica marcadamente curva, en forma de número ocho con un vientre de membrana animal, trastes movibles, y seis cuerdas en tres órdenes de dos; los modelos caucasianos pueden tener también cuerdas simpáticas.
