Note: East Asian vases of a particular shape, being relatively tall with a narrow base, a wide body, and a short neck with narrow opening. Originated as stoneware vessels during the Tang dynasty (618-907) and used for wine; later made of ceramic and used for the display of branches of plum tree blossoms. May be lidded.

| Dutch ..... Oost-Aziatische vazen met een bepaalde vorm: relatief hoog, met een smal voetstuk, een brede buik en een korte hals met smalle opening. Oorspronkelijk steengoedvaten tijdens de Tangdynastie (618-907) en gebruikt voor wijn; later gemaakt van keramiek en gebruikt om pruimentakken in te zetten. Soms hebben ze een deksel. |
