Note: In Hinduism and Buddhism, sacred utterances of a syllable, word, or verse that is considered to possess mystical or spiritual efficacy. Mantra's kunnen hardop of in gedachten worden uitgesproken, gedurende enige tijd steeds herhaald of eenmalig.
