Note: A form of dwelling from the early settlement of the state of São Paulo during the colonial period. These are single-story houses, built using rammed earth techniques and with a rectangular floor plan. The roofs were made of clay tiles or thatched with straw. Spaces around the main house contained facilities such as grinding mills, stables, and watermills.

Additional Notes:
Portuguese ..... Habitações do inicio da ocupação do estado de São Paulo no período colonial. São casas térreas, com técnica construtiva que usa taipa de pilão e com planta retangular. A cobertura era realizada com telhas de barro ou cobertas de palha. Espaços ao redor da casa sede abrigavam instalações como moendas, estábulos e moinhos.
