In Korea, they were continuously produced from the Unified Silla period through the Joseon Dynasty, generally in a size easy to hold in one hand, with a short neck, a widely spreading oval-shaped body, and a small hemispherical spout. They were produced in various styles, including white porcelain, celadon, and buncheong sagi (buncheong ware).
