| Dutch ..... Gedetailleerde krullen, vaak gelijkend op dieren, mensen of planten, gemaakt door kalligrafen om kalligrafische werken te versieren. Ze kwamen vooral veel voor in 17de- en 18de-eeuwse Europese voorbeeldenboeken en werden gemaakt of wekten de indruk te zijn gemaakt met één ononderbroken lijn. |
| Spanish ..... Adornos elaborados frecuentemente parecidos a animales, seres humanos o plantas, producidos por calógrafos para decorar obras caligráficas. Fueron especialmente comunes en cuadernos de escritura europeos del siglo XVII y XVIII y realizados o hechos para que parecieran ejecutados con una línea contínua. |
