Dutch ..... Kleden waarop aan een van de uiteinden een of meer mihrabs zijn afgebeeld; zo genoemd omdat ze doorgaans door Moslims gebruikt worden bij hun dagelijkse gebeden.

German ..... Teppich mit einer oder mehreren Mihrabs (Gebetsnischen), bogenförmigem Design nach einem Ende des Feldes ausgerichtet; so benannt, da viele von ihnen für die täglichen Gebete von Muslimen bestimmt waren. Gewöhnlich von kleinem Format.

Spanish ..... Alfombras con uno o más mihrabs, diseños en forma de arcos, hacia un extremo del área; también llamados así puesto que muchas fueron destinadas a usarse por un musulmán en las oraciones diarias. Normalmente de tamaño pequeño.
