Dutch ..... Lange tuniekachtige kledingstukken, die in Guatemala en Mexico veel worden gedragen door inheemse vrouwen. Ze zijn gemaakt van een tot drie stukken textiel, met een opening in het midden voor het hoofd en twee aan de zijkanten voor de armen. |

Spanish ..... En la lengua náhuatl, se refiere a la blusa suelta y encajonada, a menudo bordada con colores, que llevan las mujeres indígenas de Mesoamérica. Está formada por una sola pieza rectangular de tela con una abertura en el centro para la cabeza, doblada por la mitad y cosida por los lados dejando aberturas para los brazos. Se asocia con la falda llamada cueitl. |
