Vakwerkconstructie waarbij de draagpalen boven de vochtige grond op afzonderlijke fundamentblokken zijn gezet, zodat wordt voorkomen dat de onderdelen van de omlijsting gaan rotten en de vervanging van onderdelen wordt vergemakkelijkt zonder dat de omlijsting opnieuw gebouwd hoeft te worden.
