Note: Photographic process used primarily for instant or self-developing photographs in which the positive image is formed from undeveloped silver halides in the negative. The negative is placed in contact with a support in the presence of a developing agent, and the unexposed silver diffuses to the support to form the positive image. For making color instant camera photographs, it is dye couplers that are in the negative, in which case use "dye diffusion transfer process" or "internal dye diffusion transfer process."

| Chinese (traditional) ..... 一種主要用於快速或自動顯影相片之攝影印相法，正片影像是從負片中未沖洗顯影之鹵化銀所生成的。將負片放置於上有顯影劑的片基上，未曝光的銀質會擴散到片基上，產生正片影像。至於製作彩色的速得相片，負片內即有染料成色劑，此方法稱之為「染料擴散轉印印相法」（dye diffusion transfer process）或「內部染料擴散轉印印相法」（internal dye diffusion transfer process）。

| Dutch ..... Fotografische procédés vooral gebruikt voor instantfoto's of zelfontwikkelende foto's, waarbij het positief beeld wordt gevormd door onderontwikkelde zilverhaliden in het negatief. Het negatief wordt in contact gesteld met een ondergrond en met een ontwikkelingsagens, en het onbelichte zilver verstrooit zich op de ondergrond om het positief beeld te vormen. Bij het maken van kleurenfoto's met een instant-camera zitten er kleurkoppelaars in het negatief. Gebruik in dat geval 'dye diffusion transfer procédés' of 'internal dye diffusion transfer procédés'. |
| Spanish ..... Proceso fotográfico usado sobre todo para el instante o las fotografías propias. El negativo se pone en contacto con la presencia de un agente, y el elemento contenido de plata, no expuesta, ayuda a formar la imagen positiva. Para hacer color con las fotografías de una cámara instantánea, dirijase a "proceso de transferencia de difusión de tinte” o "el proceso de transferencia de difusión de tinte interno.” |
