Note: Vaselike forms, typically made of glass, which resemble celery glasses but which usually have a scalloped rim and are frequently made to match tableware patterns; intended to be used on the dining table to hold spoons. For similar vessels, typically of glass, also used on the dining table and intended to hold stalks of celery, use "celery glasses." For vaselike forms made of glass, wood, or bone and intended to be placed near a fireplace or lighting device, use "spill holders." | Dutch ..... Kleine bekers van glas, zilver of ander materiaal en passend bij het theeservies; gebruikt om theelepels in te plaatsen op de theetafel. Gebruik 'lepelrekken' voor houders op een voet met een kolom in het midden, waaraan lepels kunnen worden gehangen. |

Von vasenähnlicher Form, üblicherweise aus Glas hergestellt, welche einem "Sellerieglas" ähnelt, aber gewöhnlich einen laffenförmigen Rand besitzt und häufig passend zum Dekor von Tafelgerät produziert wurde. Er ist dazu gedacht, auf dem Eßtisch Löffel aufzubewahren. Für ähnliche Gefäße, üblicherweise aus Glas, die auch am Esstisch benutzt wurden und dafür gedacht waren, Selleriestangen vorzuhalten, nutze "Sellerie-Glas". Für ähnliche Gefäße, die üblicherweise aus Glas, Holz oder Knochen produziert wurden und die man nahe am Feuerplatz oder neben Leuchtmitteln abstellte, nutze "Spanhalter". Für gefußte Gefäße, die in der Mitte einen Zylinder mit einer durchbrochenen Halterung zur Aufbewahrung von Löffeln besitzen, nutze "Löffelständer". |

Estructuras en forma de jarrón, usualmente hechas de vidrio, parecidas al "jarrón de apio" pero generalmente con un borde festoneado y frequentemente fabricadas para hacer juego con los diseños de vajillas; destinadas a ser usadas en la mesa de comedor para sostener cucharas. Para vasijas similares comunmente de vidrio, también usadas en la mesa de comedor y destinadas a contener tallos de apio, use "jarrón de apio". Para estructuras en forma de jarrón hechas de vidrio, madera o hueso para ser colocadas cerca de una chimenea o de una fuente de de iluminación, use "spill holders".
