Note: Twentieth century Japanese printmaking movement that was based on the artists' personal involvement in all stages of print production as opposed to the teamwork style of traditional "ukiyo-e" print production. The term literally means "creative print."

| Dutch ..... Japanse drukkunstbeweging uit de 20ste eeuw die was gebaseerd op de persoonlijke betrokkenheid van kunstenaars bij alle stadia van de drukproductie. Dit in tegenstelling tot het teamwerk bij de traditionele 'ukiyo-e'-druk. De term betekent letterlijk 'creatief drukwerk'. |
