Dutch ..... Stam van ongewervelde zeedieren die in de hele wereld voorkomen en een sedentair leven leiden in lange beschermende kokers op de bodem van de zee. Ze hebben veerachtige tentakels aan het bovenste uiteinde van de kokers die een soort baarden vormen. In embryo's vormt zich een darmkanaal dat verdwijnt naarmate het organisme ouder wordt. Het zijn de enige meercellige dieren die geen mond of anus hebben. |
