Dutch ..... Ornamentele kroonlijst bovenop een scherm of kornis, meestal in de vorm van bladeren, tudorbloemen of miniatuur kantelen. Wordt voornamelijk aangetroffen in Engelse laat- gotische architectuur. 
German ..... Ornamentales Firstgitter am oberen Ende einer Wand oder einer Mauerbrüstung, meistens als Blätter, Tudor-Rosen oder Miniaturzinnen geformt; insbesondere für die spätgotische englische Architektur charakteristisch. 
Spanish ..... Crestería ornamental en una cornisa, formada generalmente por hojas, flores de Tudor, o en los remates; encontrado especialmente en alguna arquitectura gótica inglesa.
