Video Help

These streaming videos are affected by the relative traffic between our servers and your computer. This traffic, the speed of your connection, or your QuickTime settings may cause a degraded or choppy image. The video movement should be smooth and continuous. If you are having trouble, here are some of the most common solutions.

Are you connected to a network?
If you are connecting to the Internet at school or from a business office, you are probably on a network. The number of people accessing the Internet on your network at a given time can affect how the videos play. Try these solutions:

- Try the videos at a time of the day when there is less traffic—usually early in the morning and in the late afternoon or evenings.

- Your network may have a firewall that prevents video play. Fix this by changing the settings on your QuickTime player to play the videos through your Web browser.
