Adami, Hugo (Brazillian painter and illustrator, 1899-1999)
|
Note: He was Guiseppe Barchitta and Alfredo Norfini's student. He produced intensely in the 20's, being friends with Tarsila do Amaral and Anita Malfati. During a tour around Europe, he became close to De Chirico, besides being Felice Carena's student. Later, in his first works, there were pictorial experiments influenced by Italian Futurism. In his production, there are traces of the futuristic, metaphysical and the Italian “Novecento” style. |

| Portuguese ..... Foi aluno de Giuseppe Barchitta e Alfredo Norfini. Produziu intensamente nos anos 1920, sendo amigo de Tarsila do Amaral e Anita Malfatti. Excursionou pela Europa, onde se aproximou de De Chirico e foi aluno de Felice Carena. Posteriormente, realizou suas primeiras experimentações pictóricas influenciadas pelo futurismo italiano. Em sua produção, há traços dos estilos futurista, metafísico e Novecento italiano. |
