Faldbakken, Matias (Norwegian installation artist and writer, born 1973)

Note: Son of the Norwegian writer Knut Faldbakken. He has published novels of his own under the pseudonym Abo Rasul. He studied at the National Academy of Fine Arts in Bergen and the Städelschule, Frankfurt am Main. His work usually involves arrangements of altered found objects, or texts formed from tape or written in marker on plastic bags, walls, canvases, and other supports. |
