Note: Brazilian figurative sculptor. He appeared on the Brazilian artistic scene in the 1980s, and is one of the few members of his generation to work with sculpture. In his work, he uses materials from several origins, industrialized or natural, as wood, branches, cloths, rubber, glass fiber, tar, animals’ teeth, wax, lead, etc., creating shapes halfway between artificial and organic, with emphasis to recognizable figures such as vertebrae and bones. |

Em sua obra, utiliza materiais de diferentes matrizes, naturais e industrializados, como madeira, galhos de árvore, tecidos, borracha, fibra de vidro, piche, dentes de animais, cera, chumbo, etc., criando formas situadas entre o orgânico e o artificial, com destaque para as figuras reconhecíveis como vértebras e ossos. |
