Note: He was born eithre outside Florence (San Martino) or outside Settignano (Corbignano). He came to France with his brother, Giovanni. He returned to Italy 1508-1516, and probably returned to France with news of artistic trends in Italy. Michelangelo sometimes stayed at his home in Carrara. |
