|

After the death of Alfred S. Alschuler, Sr., in 1940, the firm continued to exist under different names, including: Alschuler & Friedman (1940-1946); Alschuler & Sincere (ca. 1945-ca. 1950); Friedman, Alschuler, Sincere and Ernest A. Grunsfeld with Ernest A. Grunsfeld, Jr. (1946-1955); Friedman, Alschuler and Sincere (1940-1980). The latter firm merged with Metz Train Youngren in 1980. |
