Olympiodorus the Younger (Greek philosopher, writer, active 6th century)
|
Note: Olympiodorus was a Neoplatonist philosopher who wrote commentaries on the works of Plato and Aristotle, and a biography of Plato as well. He is also remembered for having maintained the Platonic tradition in Alexandria after the emperor Justinian's suppression of the Greek Academy at Athens in 529 CE. |
