Note: Badeslade drew many of the seats of the nobility and gentry engraved by William Henry Toms and J. Harris, and drawings for Dr. John Harris's 'History of Kent' (1719). He was a follower of the Dutch topographical artists, typically creating bird's-eye perspectives. |
