Vandergucht, John (English illustrator, born 1697, possibly died 1732)

Note: John Vanderbrucht's trained with his father and with Louis Chéron. During his brief artistic career he made engravings after William Hogarth, Bartholomew Dandridge and others for an English edition of Molière (Select Comedies, 1732) and designs for William Cheselden's Osteologie (1733). He was also reported to have been a caricaturist.
