Note: Fanzeres was a student of Evêncio Nunes at Liceu de Artes e Ofícios, and later studied with João Batista da Costa at Escola Nacional de Belas Artes. In Paris, he attended classes by Fernand Cormon and André Lhote. His work is based on rural figures and landscapes. |
